Beyond Diet Reviews – 32 Questions Answered! (No. 4 is Insane)

Find Beyond Diet Reviews & Answers To 32 Common Questions About The Program…

You’ve already seen it.

The Beyond Diet’s “5 foods to never eat” video is all over the web.

It’s like whichever website you visit, the video literally follows you there.

So today, let’s review the Beyond Diet program.

Whether it works, who is it for, what are its cons, and everything in between.

Update April 2018: I am NO LONGER recommending Beyond Diet to my readers!

Reasons for retraction…

Problem #1: They have removed many resources from the base program, and are now charging them separately. No workout, no cleanse plan, they are all “addons” now. Not cool.

Problem #2: Charging users every month without their knowledge. I have started receiving a LOT of emails from new BD members saying they are being charged every month. Plus, if they call the BD team to cancel it, no one picks up or even replies… but wait… they DO reply once your refund period is over! Not cool at all!

Problem #3: The entire premise of Beyond Diet is now being questioned since newer scientific studies are debunking “metabolic typing”, the foundation on which Beyond Diet is based on.

So the many people who did lose weight, did they lose becuase of Beyond Diet, or just because they started adopting better habits!?

The most irritating factor for me to stop recommending it anymore however is… greediness.

Trying to entice the users with fake countdown timers (You know stuff like – “Only for the next 10 minutes!!!”) and incessant upselling to buy more product, sorry Beyond Diet, I guess the good times are over. Bye bye Beyond Diet.

So here are my new recommended ALTERNATIVES to Beyond Diet:

Two alternatives that I have personally used:

Alternative 1: Try the The Trim Down Club. It’s similar to what Beyond Diet was in its glory days. But this one’s even better because there are MANY coaches in this community. Plus the diet plan and recipes are way more effective than BD.

The price is just under $10 every month, so it’s definitely cheap. Also, you can try it out for a dollar the first month.

Lastly, they process payments using Clickbank, so anytime you want to cancel, you can directly mail Clickbank (or even do it yourself), they are reputed enough to stop and refund with 24 hours.

Alternative 2: The Yoga Burn program. This one is more action-oriented, and it works, very well.

Here’s my review of it. The price is the biggest upside – at just $37 (one time) for lifetime access.

The downside is you don’t get a diet program to go with it. But for that you have me! :)

You can get my personal diet plan (mail me at that I share with all my site readers for free.

BOTTOM LINE: The Beyond Diet is no longer recommended. Proceed at your own peril.

Here’s the review for the review sake…

Confusion: Some women have been mailing me thinking that the Beyond Diet is “my” program. Nope, it’s created by Isabel De Los Rios. This is the official website.

Part 1: My personal experience with Beyond Diet

What I tried before it, how I found it, etc.

So the Beyond Diet’s been around for more than 6-7 years now, and has grown quite popular in the last couple of years (over 896,000 members now).

I joined it over 3 years ago.

And first of all, here’s my own “before-after” picture most people are craving to see…

beyond diet before after

Yep, the results have been good. And the best part is I have kept it off even after three years (also due to my workout, more below).

However, I assume by now you know that this transformation didn’t happen in a few days or weeks.

It took time, and yes, the Beyond Diet was THE major reason I could change so much.

You see, all my life, I can’t remember a time when I wasn’t obese.

And not just “overweight”, but truly obese (as you can see in the snap).

Sadly… the weight just kept creeping with age…

Yet, what frustrated me was:
I did not eat too many junk foods (ok maybe occasionally, but like rarely).
I did not lead a sedentary life, I was quite active in my youth.
My “genetics” are not that bad. There aren’t many overweight people on either side of my family.

Yet, I was always fat, for years. And emotionally, it did take its toll on me…

Things got worse after marriage (thankfully, only weight-wise), and I actually tried a couple of diet and fitness programs before calling it quits.

I started with the Atkins diet, tried the South Beach diet, and was foolish enough to try one of those intense exercise programs, the Insanity!

A small warning: Do NOT try the extreme workouts like Insanity or P90 if you are too obese! You WILL suffer.

Yes, some of those diet programs did work… but only for a while…

… none of them looked like something I could continue long term.

And that’s when I discovered the number #1 weight loss factor…

This is the single, biggest factor that decides whether or not you’ll succeed.

Here’s why…

On paper, theoretically, EVERY diet works.

Atkins, South Beach, Paleo, Mediterranean: they ALL work.

However, the real parameter of weight loss SUCCESS is not whether a diet works for a while, but…

All of them (at least most) eventually become yo-yo diets, meaning you can only do them for a few weeks.

Either they become too boring, tedious, or they are simply not feasible, time or money-wise.

And that’s where I think the Beyond Diet has HAD an edge. (No more, read at the top)

So back then, being extremely sceptical at first (since it ‘looked’ like every other diet program), I purchased Isabel’s guide, the “Diet Solution Program” (not available anymore), having no clue of the Beyond Diet.

The Diet Solution Program was simply an e-book with a really interesting diet plan, and based on this e-book, I thought of giving the then new “Beyond Diet” a try… And I was blown away!

I expected another e-book or stuff, but instead got a customized diet program, an array of tools, and a HUGE members community!

So with that, I began my Beyond Diet journey in the summer of 2013, and with the help and support of the coaches and members in there, I completely changed myself in the next one year.

Yep, it took a year, and believe me it DOES take time.

Any diet or weight loss solution that promises you results in weeks is soon going to be unsustainable.

So with the help of Beyond Diet’s custom diet plan and tools, and with the help from the coaches and members in there, I lost over 48 pounds in the first 10 months, and another 14 pounds in the next 7 months.

So a resounding YES, Beyond Diet DOES did work IF you are were patient enough, and if you understand that weight loss takes time. Period.

You cannot sort of “hasten” it with gimmicks and gadgets (you can certanly lighten your bank account that way!)

I still use the Beyond Diet guidelines to this day, especially with the growing number of recipes in there. And with the ongoing discussions and updates, it’s definitely paid over hundreds of times.

Now, let’s see what your Beyond Diet membership USED to get you (not anymore)...

So when you first logged in to your member’s area, this is what you used to see.

Beyond diet dashboard

That is the members dashboard, and it’s usually populated with most recent questions from the community.

Next, here are the options to browse around the membership.

Beyond diet menu options

Next, here are three screenshots of the “library”, which is the main guide section of the beyond diet. The main BD guide has lots of accompanying goodies like the 14 day meal plan, day 15-28 meal plan, and also a vegan plan.

Then, we get to one of the best resources in the beyond diet program, the Beyond Diet recipes! Here’s a screenshot for you.

As you can see, there are like thousands of recipes in there, and the best part is they are all sorted as per their macro-nutrient ratios.

Naturally, this makes it super easy to sort them as per your metabolic type and requirement (as per your metabolism type test when you begin the program).

Which brings us to the tools section…

The main tool is the metabolism test, according to which the beyond diet will be customized for you.

Apart from that, there are also other helpful tools in there.

Finally, there’s the whole discussion section.

This is one of the best aspects of BD.

You can ask any diet, exercise or nutrition related query, and chances are, it’s already asked and answered by someone before! This has happened more than thrice with me!

The discussion section is broken down as per their topic, making it easy to search for what you’re looking for.

However, after looking at all those pics, does it mean that EVERYTHING IS GREAT with the Beyond Diet?”

Well, nope! Let’s see the…

Pros and Cons of Beyond Diet

So you can decide whether this is right for you

  • Truly customized diet plan for your specific metabolism type (new science is debunking this!).
  • One time charge, no recurring billing. (No more, they are charging monthly).
  • HUGE community of active, supportive people & coaches, 896,000 as I write this. (No more, the coaches are far too less to support the number of people).

I am no longer recommend the Beyond Diet to you girls, see the top of the post for more details.

There’s NO exercise program with the basic Beyond Diet program.

You have to purchase an additional exercise program, which quite honestly, I think should have been included in the core program.

Believe me (from my own experience), when you combine the Beyond Diet’s plan with a good workout program, THAT’S when you see the “before-after” worthy change!

So unfortunately, the BD guys do not give you any kind of workout in the base purchase and make you buy it separately.

However, and here’s the good news… Bonny to the rescue!

For the past few months, I have been sharing my personal workout program with my blog readers. Yep, no charge or anything.

So here’s what I suggest:

When you join the beyond diet, DO NOT buy the add-on exercise program. Rather just forward me your receipt on and I’ll send my personal workout program to you.

Plus, my workout does not require a gym, or even any equipment. It is a 100% bodyweight exercise program especially created for us obese folks!

Now, here’s the second problem with Beyond Diet…

Ummm, this one can’t be called a ‘con’, more of my own personal issue. They don’t have any specific guide on conquering your food cravings.

I suffered A LOT with food cravings, more specifically, emotional eating.

So much that in the past 2 years, I have read, re-read and analysed 14 books on cravings!

However, why is this important for you?

Because I have curated my own, what can you call it… a craving control ‘formula’ of sorts.

So, again, IF you also suffer in any way from food cravings, let me know in your email, and I’ll send this over to you with the workout.

This is my way of saying thanks to my readers. :) I try to share what I can with you guys.

So there, those were the pros and cons of BD. The two cons are not deal breakers, but when you can get my resources, the pros outweigh them by 10 to 1…

And now, an interesting section of this review…

And here’s Isabel herself, explaining how BD started and what’s actually different in Beyond Diet…

Beyond Diet FAQ And (Many) Common Questions

(If you too have a question, you can ask in the comments)

The Beyond Diet’s primary aim is to make you focus on your food first (and I agree). Nutrition, without any doubt, is the most important factor when it comes to weight loss, and more so for fat loss.

Our diets have been scre*** for the last couple of decades and we have become much too dependent on fast foods, sugars, grains and packaged foods.

All those combined are the main reasons behind the massive obesity problems we’re seeing these days.

So first of all, you correct your food with the beyond diet.

How you ask?

By customizing the beyond diet program to your particular body type, metabolism type.

Yep, this is the best part, once you’re in, you can customize the program to suit your particular body. The website asks you few questions, and based on your answers, the program will churn out the exact nutrition plan you need.

And that’s actually why it works so well over the other one-size-fits-all diet programs, as it is made to work specifically for you.

Yes, you are right.

Everybody is different and some programs won’t work for everyone for whatever reasons.

That’s why the Beyond Diet gives you a 60 days period to assess and try the program. If for some reason you do not want to continue, you can refund your purchase.

And to get the refund, you just have to get in touch through their contact page and it’s usually done in 2-3 days.

So don’t worry whether the beyond diet will work for you or not, you have 8 weeks to try and see if you really get results, and I think 8 weeks is more than enough time.

The basic Beyond Diet program with all the tools, membership portal, guides comes for a one-time $47 purchase. Once you complete that order, there are some optional add-ons that you may choose to purchase (Isabel’s workout, a detox guide, etc.).

Frankly speaking, you do not need anything else other than the basic beyond diet program. So here’s a tip: When you do complete the basic purchase, just go to the bottom of the add-on pages where you will see a link to “skip” that addon and move on…

October 2017 UPDATE: They’re currently offering an extra $10 discount on the price, making it just a single $37 payment! Go here to find out more.
It’s not all organic, though organic foods are given a preference. But honestly, if you ask me, it does not make any difference in the weight lost. I myself do not use any organic foods but I have got amazing results.

So this is completely up to you.

If you can afford or prefer organic foods, awesome. If you won’t, no problem, it’ll still work.

I think the reason Isabel recommends organic foods is because overall, if you look at it from a ‘health perspective’ rather than just for fat loss, organic foods do make sense. But I guess it’s a very personal choice.

But to simply answer the question – No, there is no “mandatory” requirement of using organic foods in the Beyond Diet.

The combination of real, nutritious food with exercise is without doubt the best thing you can do for your body.

But yes, some people with certain conditions/problems cannot exercise, and that’s fine. Beyond Diet is 90% about correcting your food habits and losing fat by changing our daily dietary habits.

So even if you can’t exercise, it’s alright, and will not affect your results drastically.

However, IF you can do even some simple exercises (check out my personal workout mentioned at the end), then your results would be awesome!

Not to mention the additional benefits of working out – improved muscle tone and energy, better sleep, MUCH better cardiovascular health, and so many more.

So IF YOU CAN, do not hesitate to move that body!

Now this is the most important question of all! I literally get 20-25 emails about this every week!

Most of us are so frustrated with all the “solutions” out there that our B.S. meters are always charged and ready to be fired! :D

So does Beyond Diet really work?

The answer may shock you… but it does not!

Whoaa… what?

Ok, let me explain…

The beyond diet is NOT a diet pill you take and you lose weight “in your sleep” (how many times we’ve read that!). Rather, it requires efforts on your part to change your eating habits, correct your food habits and only then will you see results.

Maybe by now you know that “there are no shortcuts” to lose weight!

All the quick fixes like diet pills, shakes, powders, body wraps, they are exactly that… quick fixes! They ‘might’ work for a while, but only until you use them, once you stop, the weight creeps back!

This is exactly where beyond diet triumphs over others. The weight you lose here is something you’ll keep off for years if not forever.

Because here, you are actually changing your body form the inside!

And that’s the only way you’ll ever keep the bad weight off.

So, to summarize, NO, the beyond diet is not a magic solution that will work by itslef, you do have to take some efforts yourself.

But once you are ready to do that, once you are been-there-done-that with the late-night products, you’ll know what I mean!

Most of the recipes are simple to prepare. You don’t need much skill or kitchen expertise.

And yeahhh, they are VERY tasty! That’s the best part about the program!

Most of the diet programs I have tried in the past either had cardboard recipes as I call them, or had recipes that required you to be a Master Chef’s apprentice!

In here though, beyond diet has some of the most tasty and nutritious recipes I have seen around, plus, with each recipe, you get a ‘macro-nutrient’ score (e.g. Protein – 2, Carbs – 1, Fats – 2) so you can understand and balance the recipes as per your individual metabolic needs.

Here are some sample recipes I love…

sausage ratatouillie
blue berry banana smoothie
beyond diet recipes
turkey burger recipe

I don’t know about you, but my mouth’s watering!

Yes and no.

Overall, yes you will definitely keep a watch on how much you’re eating, but no, you won’t be counting portions like a maniac!

Once you go over the main guide, you’ll know what I mean.

The beyond diet does not believe in being extremely rigid in the way you eat, but at the same time, Isabel does give you a ‘eyeball’ guide as to how much you should be eating with regards to your current weight and fat loss goals.

Lol I have this problem too! I am the most finicky eater you’ll ever find! I need my bread to *look* a certain way!

So yes, I can understand where this question comes from.

But no, this won’t be a problem with the beyond diet for couple of reasons. One, this is a not a meal delivery plan or service. So what you cook is what you eat.

Secondly, there are like 4000+ recipes in there, so even if there are certain foods you absolutely detest, there are always alternatives in there.

Unfortunately no.

That’s one of the cons of the program like we saw above.

The beyond diet does not have any guide to help with food cravings. But I have great option for that.

You can get my own solution, or what I call my craving control “formula” that I have curated after over two years of research. Just see the conclusion part to see how to get it.
No, the beyond diet is not a low carb diet program.

It is more, what can you say, a real food program.

You won’t be cutting down on your carb intake like on say, the Atkins diet.

You will rather balance out your macronutrients (macronutrients are proteins/fats/carbs) as per your specific metabolism type.

This is one of the steps in Isabels’ “3 step plan”.

For sure. That’s because the food you’ll eat on this program is custom fit for YOU.

So even if you have to lose like a couple of extra pounds, this would in most likelihood, work great for you.

Since most of the folks inside the membership fall in the moderate-to-extremely obese category, I can definitely say yes.

I have been in this category (as you saw) too…

We get obese people sharing their results every week, and their comments look very positive and encouraging.

As far as I know, the beyond diet web site works from any country. So as long your country does not “block” websites from the USA, you’re fine, it’ll work.
This is another common question I get. The answer is slightly complicated.

First of all, the tools in beyond diet enable you to customize the program to your specific body type. So based on that test, you are given food recommendations and other guidelines.

So based on this fact, no, the program will be “customized” for only one person per membership.

But, part 2 of the answer, although the beyond diet is ‘customized’ for one person only, the recipes can be used for the entire family!

For e.g. when I created the recipes for myself, of course I cooked the main courses for my entire family, and my husband and kid absolutely loved them!

So even though you are going to prepare the recipes for “your weight loss”, the nutrition and health benefits will get passed on to your family too.

There’s a whole separate vegan meal plan for you.

So no worries here, also, there are hundreds of recipes in the main section that are 100% vegan.

Yes and no. If you can eat according to the guidelines, it’ll work even though you have to eat outside.

Usually there are a LOT of healthy choices you can make at restaurants but we choose to ignore these healthy foods either due to ignorance or simply… cravings!

So yes, if you can cook and/or eat at home for the majority part, the beyond diet will work wonders.

And even if you can’t, if you can just make food choices are per the program, you should be fine.

No, but I have my own cleansing method!

It’s my own highly researched detox guide. I try to cleanse my system twice every year, and it feels great!

I share it with my readers for free, just ask me for it at

Yes, the beyond diet is absolutely awesome post pregnancy.

You will be eating highly nutritious, real foods, super for the baby!

You will be eating as per your individual body needs, awesome for the baby!

You will NOT be eating junk foods, great for the baby!

You will be eating foods with lots of natural vitamins/minerals, amazing for the baby!

In short, due to the food choices you make in the beyond diet, it will save you from many post-pregnancy woes and make your baby one true bundle of health and joy! :)

(By the way, this is a complete tangent, but very important. If you’re due, I highly recommend you exclusively breast feed your baby AT LEAST for the first six month. Formulas cannot match 10% of the power and benefits of your breast milk!)

Yes the beyond diet uses the ‘American’ system for the most parts, but honestly, this shouldn’t be a problem once you start following the recipes.

There are like 100’s of people from the UK inside the community and nobody has mentioned this to be a problem.

So I don’t think this should be a problem for anyone…

This is a very dicey question. The answer is, it depends. Every allergic person is averse to different foods/ingredients.

But if you’re like most allergic folks, aka the lactose intolerant or the celiac, you’ll be happy to hear that 90% of the beyond diet recipes are gluten free! :)

So no worries if you have certain food allergies, there are variety of recipes to choose from.

And in fact if you are a Celiac sufferer, then you’ll love the recipes in here.

Actually that’s one disappointing thing in this program.

The beyond diet folks have not given a workout with basic program. You have to purchase it separately from them in the add-on sections.

But once again, like I mentioned before, I am now sharing my own personal workout with all my readers.

See the details at the end of this review.

Because of 3 reasons:

1 Weight watchers never works long term because nobody likes to “count points” for something as dear as food!

Not me for sure! I have myself tried WW, it worked for couple of weeks, but somehow life’s problems got in the way and slowly I forgot all about the points, and I was back where I started.

2 As for meal delivery plans, they restrict your portions. And THAT will NEVER work. If you are ever hungry on a diet program, you ARE going to quit it. Maybe not in the first 2-3 weeks, but definitely after a few more!

3 So the reason beyond diet will work is because it does not keep you hungry, so you stick with it, and secondly, it does not involve complicated calculations or logging points which becomes tedious after a while.

These 2 are the primary reasons I highly recommend beyond diet over others.

This really is a subjective question, and there’s no one answer for everyone.

But from what I heard, from my own experience, and from what all I have understood from the program:

If you are extremely obese, you should see some real quick results as your body responds fast and brings down the extra weight. So some really good ‘visible’ results can be seen in as little as 2-4 weeks.

For the moderately obese, some really good changes can be seen within the first 6-7 weeks.

And for the ‘slightly’ obese, you’ll see more health related changes first than weight loss.

By health, I mean: more energy, less sleep required, better skin, positive mood, less irritability.

Of course, depending on how fast your body responds, you should also see some positive movement weight-wise.

If you can send an email, you can do this!

Once you purchase the beyond diet, you’ll get an email with your login details.

Then you go to, enter your login details and simply follow the on-screen instructions.

There’s really no “tech” need to do this.

A tip I can give you is to access the website through your laptop, ipad or tablet as it will show you things much better than on a small mobile screen.

By default, no.

But you can request for a physical hard copy once you’re in, from the membership area. I don’t remember the cost of that, but a physical copy is an extra purchase.

Then you’ll love this program!

Coz some of the beyond diet goals are based on minimizing your sugar intake, reducing your insulin resistance and boosting your metabolism – all things that help keep your diabetes at bay.

So if you are a diabetic, there’s no better program out there. Period.

Yep, I know, but that was way back in 2014.

I saw some members complaining in the community too, but it’s been a long time now and it’s sorted out now.

As of now I don’t head any issues with accessing the program.

Conclusion: Is Beyond Diet worth it?
(Short answer: It's NOT any more!)

Finally, we come to the end of this Beyond Diet review.

If you read the entire review, you know I am hooked to the BD from the day I signed up.

It’s been a great journey so far, with regular recipe additions, the responsive community and my own personal workout (4 times/week).

The only con as you now know is that they don’t give any workout plan, and they don’t help with food cravings.

However, you can get my own workout and cravings “formula” as I like to call it. Just forward me your BD welcome email as a proof that you’re in, and I’ll immediately mail send over.

To end this review, I would just like to say what I always tell you guys…

There’s no magic weight loss pill, nor a magic diet.

You need to put efforts, and that too in the right direction.

That means…

A customized diet program (where Beyond Diet fits) + an exercise plan that you actually do (get my workout).

Yep, due to the fraudulent activities, I have to update and give Beyond Diet a 0.5 out of 5 stars rating.

DOES IT WORK AS PROMISED: Not anymore, you need to buy a lot of extra stuff.

DO I RECOMMEND IT: Yes, if you are frustrated with all the other quick fixes, do have a go for it. No more… read below.

I have been diagnosed with an underactive thyroid, I’m not on any medication as I’m borderline. Will this program work for me as well.

    1. Skinny Bonny

Yes, I have heard of women with similar conditions report good results in the members Q&A area…

  3. Kathleen

I am a type 1 diabetic (insulin dependent) – I see she now offers a “diabetic” program but I am hearing that the original is just fine for diabetics, I do not need a journals and such to keep my sugar in control – this program is $20 more than the basic one – is it really that different?

    1. Skinny Bonny

      Hi Kathleen,
Yes the basic beyond diet version is fine, you do not have to purchase the separate one…

  4. Veronica

Hi! Could you share your cleanse/detox method with me. I am 8 weeks postpartum and just have about 7 pounds to lose to get to pre-pregnancy weight and want to do a cleanse before I join beyonddiet.

  5. Jennifer Jenkins

Hi, I’m a single mom with little income. I am extremely obese and not to laziness. Is this really worth the money? I have tried everything and just feel so absolutely physically awful. I need to know this is worth it.

    1. Skinny Bonny

      Hi Jennifer,
      BD definitely works although there’s a BUT…

It works but you have to work with it too, it’s not like a magic weight loss pill which you pop and presto, you’re slim!

Instead beyond diet will help you correct a lot of things which will ultimately lead to fat loss and MUCH better health.

    1. Skinny Bonny

      Hi Mandy,
It’s difficult to explain whats detoxing here, but there’s a detoxing guide inside Beyond Diet as well, so download and give it a read…

    1. Skinny Bonny

      Hi Sandra,
It’s not my workout, I got the workout from another blogger, you can contact her directly on her email at – betty[at] and she’ll send it over to you…

  6. Maribel

Hi! I have been doing research about Beyond diet and I found your blog and the Q&A format very useful. I saw a question about being from anotehr country, I know I will be able to Access the site but my question is more about the recommended foods and ingredients in the recepies, are they easy to find everywhere or is it more USA products? Also I am interested in your cleanse and excersise program, but I also see that there is a 9 day cleanse program in Beyond the diet, what is your opinion on that. I live in Mexico BTW. Thanks!

    1. Skinny Bonny

      Hi Maribel,
Beyond diet has a lot, LOT of international customers, and I am pretty sure you will find most food items locally. And even if not, you can easily substitute with other ingredients.

  7. Rhonda

I am ordering the beyond diet. You had mentioned the detox cleanse. Will you share it please. Thanks for the great answers.

  8. Kim

Hi, thank you for your review. It helped me make my decision to get the BD. Is it possible to still get the detox you mentioned? Again thank you!

  9. Carla

The video presentation says that this program only requires the one time payment but the terms and conditions say that there will be a monthly charge if not cancelled within the allotted time. What is the monthly charge and what is it for?
    Thank you!

    1. Skinny Bonny

      Hi Carla,
I don’t remember the monthly charge in the ‘normal’ beyond diet purchase, but did you by any chance click on one of their upgrades? Possible the BD monthly? Coz they have just started a $14.95 beyond diet monthly membership, so it might probably be for that…

In any case, I think there ‘should’ be an option to deny/cancel the addon in the purchase process… and you can always let them know otherwise, as far as my own experience, they have been fairly good in communicating…

  10. Judy Sebold

Thanks for all the information. I am planning on signing up for BD. could you please send me your cleansing program. Thanks for all your time and effort.

  11. Melissa

Hello. I just learned of the beyond diet and your site and I am interested in your cleanse. If you could email it to me as well as any other helpful sites that would be great. Thank you!

  12. Diane Samson

I need to eat mostly dairy free. I can have eggs in foods in moderation. I stay completely away from milk and any why proteins. I cannot eat foods that the first five ingredients are a dairy product. I know I am insulin resistant and I have major difficulties in loosing weight. With my food restrictions will this eating plan work for me?

    1. Skinny Bonny

      Hi Diane,
Yes, there are many total lactose intolerant people using the beyond diet. So I don’t think it’ll be an issue…

  13. David Edmonson

I am taking the plunge and trying it. My health depends on it, I believe. I would love your simple detox and exercise method as well, if you will share. Thank you!

  14. Christie

I am seriously considering getting the program. Could you please send me a copy of your cleanse plan? Thanks!

  22. Gabbi

    Many thanks

  25. Caryn

I really hope that this is a program I can make work. After reading your blog, I have hope at least. Here goes! Can I get the exercise and detox please? Thank you.

  26. Steve Pittman

Send me all the stuff you have. I’ve lost 20lbs already and want to lose 50 more. I walk 4 1/2 mi a day. I believe she said diet drinks are a no no?

    1. Skinny Bonny

      Hi Steve,
I believe diet drinks should be a “sometimes”, not a complete no no. The bad thing in them is the flavors, other than that they are fine…

  27. Stacey P.

Hi, can you please send me your detox program? Thank you for your helpful and informative review & answers about the Beyond Diet program.

  28. Jessi Stainbrook

Hello :) I am going to start the beyond diet program. Can you please send me your detox and exercise guide? Thanks!

  29. Julia Kappel

Thank you for all your comments regarding the program. Could you please send me the detox and exercise guide so I can incorporate them with the program? Thank you!

  30. Sheryl Wilson

I’m so hoping this’ll do the trick as I’m getting desperate about losing weight since my daughter’s getting married in 5 months. To date I have not been successful dieting. This sounds reasonable and promising. Fingers crossed! Thank you in advance for the detox & excerise information :-)

  31. Desiree

I am very interested in Beyond Diet as well, I am also interested in trying your detox and exercise program, can you email me the detox and exercise to see if I am doing something wrong? I have been at the gym since Jan for 1 1/2 hours doing cardio and the scale fluctuates from 1-3lbs weight loss and its getting me very frustrated! I have cut down portions, eat more salads and less food during the day and eat a normal dinner and can’t seem to lose any weight!!!! HELP.

    1. Skinny Bonny

      Hi Desiree,
I just sent you my guides, and I think you can seriously benefit from BD. It’s not just about eating salads, NEVER about eating ‘less’, I think you should really get in…

  32. Linda

I will be ordering the beyond diet program and would appreciate your detox and sugar craving information. Thanks!

  33. MommaJ

I purchased the beyond diet about a year ago and absolutely love it! I have struggled with extra weight my entire 35 years it feels and I’ve tried many different programs. This is hands down the best for weight loss and complete life change. I would love if you could share your detox with me. I purchased the cleanse but find I am quite hungry throughout the day. Is your cleanse similar to theirs?

  34. Stephanie

Hi. You have really helped me decide to get the program. I really need something that works and that I feel confident that I could stick at and this seems to fit the bill. I have not seen alcohol mentioned anywhere, is this a complete no-no?

    1. Skinny Bonny

Alcohol generally is a “so-so”, meaning you do not have to cut it out completely (if you can though, it’s always welcome!), so you can have it with moderation.

  35. Kathleen

I really enjoyed all the Q&A, very helpful, I am going to give BD a try, can you send me your detox program

  36. Robyn

Hello, I recently started the BD program and have had pretty decent results so far. Could you please send me your detox plan and exercise plan. I feel they may boost the progress I am slowly making. Loved your Q & As. Reassured me that I made the right choice for a diet plan.

  37. Kaye

Thank you so much for this information. I have been using WW for several years but am interested in moving to a new, more organic, alternative like Beyond Diet. Would you please send me your detox and exercise plan?

  38. Dawn

Thanks for sharing your experiences with this program. I found it very informative and helpful. Please send me your detox and personal exercise guides. Thank you!

  39. MaryJo Fox

Hi! I have just finished reading all the Q&A, very interesting. I have joined BD and would appreciate you sending me your detox and exercise guide.

  40. Deborah Eason

I’m ordering the plan today. I don’t have anything to lose (except pounds). Could you please send me the detox plan? I’ve needed to do this for eons, now feel it really will be beneficial . Thanks in advance!

  41. Alison

Thank you for your insight, I appreciate it and think I’m going to move forward with a BD purchase! I would love receive a copy of your cleanse and exercise guides. Thank you!

  42. Lindsay

Hello I have purchased the beyond diet program. Happy to say that I have lost 20 lbs in 2 months. I read your review and was wondering if you could send me your cleanse/ detox and workout? Ty in advance

  43. Susan

Thanks so much for your blog, it has convinced me that I am ready to purchase the Beyond Diet program. will you please send me a copy of your detox program and exercise guide? I cannot wait to get started!

  44. Jen

Your review was awesome and I’m convinced to give this program a try. I have never been on any diet plans because I just didn’t feel the need to loose weight or waste money. But over the years I have gained more weight than I expected and I’m only 22. My doctor told me that this is the right age to start changing my eating habits and exercising. So I am going to start by doing this program. I know you mentioned the detox and workout plans that you do, is it possible if you could share those plans with me? I would really appreciate it!!!

  45. Peggy

    Hey Bonny,
I, too, am encouraged by your comments and review. I am ordering the system and would also like your detox and exercise program. Where does one sign up for your blog? Did I miss something? It’s late and I really must get my beauty sleep. ????
    Thanks again!,

  46. Dana

Thank you for taking the time to write about this program, it was very informative and saved me a lot of research time. I heard about it from a friend and am going to give it a try. I am menopausal and have gained 35 lbs. and feel awful. I have tried everything but realize that it truly is changing your eating habits for life. I’m excited to begin, and would greatly appreciate it if you could send me your detox and exercise programs you wrote about. Thank you again!

  47. Karen

    Hi Bonny

Thanks for your review. It has helped me in my decision to try out the BD program, which I will sign up via your website link shortly.

Would appreciate if you could share with me your detox and exercise plans to help me kickstart the program. Thanks in advance!

  48. Vibeke

Hi, I’m very exited about this program. It sounds like the right one for me, but I come from Denmark and Im not sure we have the same products as you do in USA so Im afraid it will be difficult to stay on track, sort of.. Do you know if this will be a problem??

    Thanks for the exiting reading.

    1. Bonny

      Hi Vibeke,
From what I know about Denmark, you should not have any major issue finding similar products. Beyond diet does not recommend any super fancy foods anyway, and given that Denmark is quite advanced compared to many other nations, I think you’d do just fine. :)

  49. Amy

Thank you for the information! I’ve been on Beyond Diet for about 2 1/2 weeks and so far have not seen a giant weight loss. I’m 5’7 and started at 196 and am down to 192. I do feel better and I’m not giving up, just hoping the weight will start coming off. I do workout 3 days a week, but am thinking I might need to add a day or two.
Could you please send me your workout plan and detox information? Thank you so much!

  50. Michelle Kendrick

Hi! Thank you for your Q&A on the Beyond Diet. I am still researching before I actually spend more money on another diet plan. I would love for you to send me your cleanse & exercise program.

  51. Nadine

I have just joined BD (Order #2195399) and would love to get your detox and exercise programs.
This is really the end of the road for me…If this doesn’t work, nothing will!!
Thank you for your humor and motivation.

  52. sher

Thank you for this thorough assessment. I follow some of the BD recipe ideas. Regardless of methodologies, To lose body fat – one must be in a calorie deficit. PERIOD. Body will not burn fat off if not in deficit mode. (actually, fat cells don’t disappear, they shrink in size) — Having said that, one must do so by consuming nutrient dense foods at optimal times of day…generally speaking, for a meal, think: palm size for lean proteins, one thumb size healthy fat (EVOO, coc. oil, grass-fed butter or 7-8 almonds, etc.), plenty of firbrous veggies, and cupped palm size of good carbs…starchy carbs better earlier in day, firbrous (veggies etc.) later in day. Lots of water. Move the body.

Can you please send your detox method? And exercise regimen?

  53. Danae

Thanks for the Review. I am seriously considering the Beyond Diet. I’m trying to get my mother into too so that I have someone to do it with. Could you please send me your detox method and exercise program? Thank you so much!

  54. Isabell

Hi! Thanks for the info – it was very helpful and I am going to order the program right now. Can you please send me the detox info and anything else you feel would be helpful for my success with this program? Thanks again !

  55. Kate

I’ve tried a lot of things. I’m hoping this is my last try. Thank you for your review. Very detailed. I’m Celiac as well as having multiple other food allergies. It was good to know this will fit my consumption.
Could you please send me your excercise and detox program you follow.
    Greatly appreciated!

    1. Bonny

      Hi Lisa,
The best part about BD is you don’t have to significantly change your ‘base diet’. The way beyond diet works is by identifying your metabolism type and then eating according to that. So in case you’re allergic to something, there’s a 99% probability that you’ll easily find some replacement that’ll work within the BD guidelines.

  56. Stephanie

Thanks for all the great info! Think I’m going to order it. Can I get a copy of your detox and exercise plan?

  57. Jessica Bond

I ordered Beyond Diet and just got confirmation that it shipped! So excited! Would love to have the detox and excercise information also if you don’t mind.

    Thank you,
    Jessica Bond

  58. Kim

I have Meniere’s Disease(too much fluid in the inner ear), and cannot eat salty foods such as deli turkey, sausage, etc. with higher content salt, or it will send me into Vertigo. Will I still be able to eat protein packed meats(foods) with lower sodium content?

  59. Kim

Thank you so much for your helpful information this sounds like a great program & I’m looking forward to getting started.
Can you please send your detox cleanse as well as your personal exercise guide. Do you recommend starting the cleanse prior to the beyond diet program?

  60. Bonnie

    Hi Bonny,

I joined the BD diet a few weeks ago and gearing myself for a new healthy eating lifestyle. Can you send me the cleanse, exercise and sugar craving guides? I’m looking forward to a new me inside and out. I was attracted to this blog for obvious reasons!
    Thanks, Bonnie

  61. Renee wilson

Cannot log into my beyond program that I purchased a while ago. Not sure which email address I used

    1. Bonny

      Hi Renee,
Send them an email and tell the last 4 digits of the card you used to pay, I think they should be able to get your order from that…

    2. Bonny

Try mailing the last 4 digits of the card you paid with, they should be able to pull up your order with that…

  62. Priscilla Nguyen

Hi would you be able to send me where I can get the workouts you do and the detox plan? I am looking into the plan myself, hoping to purchase soon. Thank you.

  63. Shannon Schweitzer

    Hello Bonny,
Thank you for this blog. It is very informative. I would like to request your cleanse plan. I just joined Beyond Diet and I am hopeful that I will be able to finally find the person inside that I know is there.

  64. Pamela Padilla

Hi! Thanks for the review. I was hesitant but am going to sign up for the program now. I would love your programs. Thanks so much.

  65. Theresa

I think I am going to order it! Can I please get a copy of your detox and exercise plan
    Thanks so much
    Peace Theresa

  66. Vesna

Sounds great before I start I would love to do your detox first can you please email me this :)) I have 9kg to lose :(

    1. Bonny

      Hi Kim,
Yes there is a small guide for that inside… also, there are many questions that members have asked about eating out, and some really great strategies and answers from members. So yes, you’ll definitely get help with this…

  67. Wendy

Thanks for the information on Beyond Diet. I am ready to order. Will you please send me your exercise and detox program?

  68. Mimi

Thanks for all the information. One question… I am celiac, Do you think BD, is for me? I don’t wnat to expend money in something doesn’t will work for me. Thank you!!

    1. Bonny

      Hi Mimi,
Beyond Diet is actually a gluten-free program first, and then a weight loss one! So yes, you’ll find it very much suitable.

  69. Jeri

Will Beyond Diet work without doing the detox first. Because of health issues detox would not be a good thing for me.

  70. Mary

Thanks for all the research on BD. I do have a question…. My husband and I would like to start BD program the same time. You mention different program for different body types. So do we have to purchase two different ones and they go to two different emails? Not sure if I understood how it would work for two different people in the same household.

Also, I would love if you would share your detox and exercise program with me.

    Again thank you!

    1. Skinny Bonny

      Hi Mary,
All the guides, tools are available for you in your dashboard, so there is no real limit to how many people can use it in your household.

  71. Jane Lebert

    Hi Bonny,
I am very interested in your detox program. I have tried several over the years and none have been successful. Generally I gain weight which in not sure how that can be possible. If you could share I would be grateful!

  72. Darlene

I’m type 2 diabetic – I’m hopeful this diet will help me. Also, I purchased the book first, I didn’t realize I’d have to buy in to the rest of the program for questions. How much is it? Also, I’d like your detox and cleanse book. I’m constipated after two days. Help

    1. Skinny Bonny

      Hi Darlene,
I don’t think you need to buy the rest of the programs to get the main beyond diet membership. What did you exactly purchase??

  73. Barbara

Hello Skinny Bonny, thank you for all your info on “Beyond Diet”. I think I will be trying this and please can you send me a copy of your program. You look great as well.

  74. Nancy

Hi, I tried diet based upon my friend’s book and am now ordering my own membership. Could you please send me details of your workout? Are you also able to send the exercise program or do I need to request that separately? Greatly appreciated, Nancy

  75. Min

Thank you for the honest review, you answered many of my questions. I’m interested in the program.
Can you send me your exercises.

  76. Stacey

    Hi Bonny,
You look awesome! Thank you so much for sharing your journey and results. Could you please send me the beyond diet bonuses?

  77. Linda K.

Hi, Thanks for your honesty with this review. Please send me the exercise program you mentioned. Do you still recommend the detox before starting program?

    1. Skinny Bonny

      Hi Linda,
Yes, you can definitely do the detox before the program. But remember, it’s an “honest detox”, which means it’s a (much needed?) rest to your entire digestive system. So it’s NOT like the usual “lose 10lb in 10 days” kinda deal!

And… sent it to you. :)

  78. Claire Craig

    Hi Bonny…

Well done for sticking to the program and losing all the weight. I bought the program about 18 months ago and never used it. I started the 9 day cleanse a couple of days ago and am losing weight. I only have about 4 kg that I need to lose.

My question is how do I get my metabolic type. I have tried looking in the tools section and nothing comes up( is that because the program is older).
    Thank You

    1. Skinny Bonny

      Hi Claire,
Ok so here’s a suggestion, download the latest version of the main BD manual. Inside, there’s a link to the metabolic test tool (I think in the second chapter), and it should take you to the new page.

  79. Kristine

Thinking about making the jump into Beyond Diet….my hubby and I both want (need to) to lose weight and get back to feeling healthy. I am late 50’s and he is early 60’s so we don’t lose it as fast as we used too, however, never been on BD. We are pretty active and can be even more active. Can we both follow (kinda) the same program so I won’t have to purchase two programs? Also can you please send me the info on the detox? Thanks for all your help! :D

  80. Trudi Steele

Looking forward to getting back on track and I need all the help I can get. Could you please send me your information on cravings especially on sugar.
    Thank you so much.

  81. Joan

    Hi Bonny,

What kind of foods are in the 9 day detox? Can I get a copy?? I am working out 6 days a week and feel I need a boost to my metabolism and hoping the detox will kick start me.

  82. Joan

    Hi Bonny

I am on the BD right now and wanted to know what was in detox program, can you send it to me??
